In this role, you will add value to PXP by:
Providing leadership and mentorship to the Sales Development Representative team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies, setting performance expectations, and reviewing team performance. Conducting coaching sessions, optimizing lead processes, analyzing data for trends, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments. Additionally, generating performance reports and providing insights to leadership.
