This role involves leading a team, optimizing sales processes, and maintaining strong customer relationships while aligning with company policies. Doka UK offers an exciting opportunity as Sales Directorwho will be driving the development and implementation of Sales strategies in order to exploit the market potentials and focus on the further growth plans of Doka UK.
The Head of Sales will be accountable for expanding Doka UK’s presence in the market andwill be responsiblefor managing Sales targets, profitability management and strategy implementation, in addition to leadership responsibility for the entire Doka UK Sales team. The Head of Sales is part of the country Management team and reports to theManaging Director with functional link to the Head of Sales Area Europe.
