A leading specialist in the construction sector, renowned for sustainable building solutions, is seeking a Sales Director. Established since the 1930s, the company has grown significantly through strategic acquisitions and organic growth.

Role Overview: The Sales Director will oversee all sales activities, champion Customer Excellence, and ensure profitable business aligned with organizational strategy. They will develop and lead the sales team, working closely with marketing and other departments to secure orders and expand the customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and grow the customer base.
• Lead, motivate, and evaluate the sales team to achieve individual and team objectives.
• Mentor and coach sales staff to improve performance and service delivery.
• Implement standard sales practices and monitoring techniques.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Director on tenders, proposals, and contracts to ensure timely and competitive submissions.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Experience as a Senior Sales Manager or Sales Director, preferably within construction.
• Proven ability to develop sales strategies and manage sales teams.
