Job description

Our client is the UKs leading business training and coaching platform for trade and construction business owners. They help tradespeople become successful business owners through a range of training solutions, including 12-month business academies, seminar sessions, and retreats. On average, theyve helped businesses grow their sales by 400%. Due to a huge expansion plan, theyre now able to recruit a Sales Director to manage multiple sales and success teams and drive their turnover from £10 million to £100 million over the next 3 years.

What You'll Do

  • Own and scale all revenue-generating functions marketing, sales, and customer success
  • Develop and execute revenue strategies to expand recurring revenue
  • Build and lead high-performance teams across demand generation, funnel optimisation, and customer acquisition
  • Lead global expansion initiatives and unlock new verticals, channels, and markets
  • Collaborate with the CEO and exec team to align growth with product, brand, and customer success

The Candidate

  • Proven success in scaling a recurring revenue businesses (training, coaching, SaaS, membership, or similar)
  • A track record of taking companies from multi-million to tens (or hundreds) of millions in revenue
  • Deep expertise in brand building, performance marketing, and conversion strategy
  • Experience recruiting and leading high-performing sales and marketing teams
  • Passion for empowering entrepreneurs and disrupting traditional industries
  • Ability to commute into Peterborough
