As a Hughes Safety Showers associate, you will be part of a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, willing to reward those who are driven to providing exceptional service to both internal and external customers. With a cultural shift needed to a pro-active sales environment and a better infrastructure and strategy to implement, the successful applicant could easily develop new markets, new verticals, improve product penetration and drive double digit growth year on year.
Reporting to the MD and a part of the leadership team you will be a business development legend in your heart but be ready to grow through leadership, hard work and structural implementation.
You will be responsible for developing strategy and driving double digit new business growth on an annual basis.
The Sales Director is responsible for defining and executing appropriate sales and marketing strategies; business development, technical, advertising operations and sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability. It is the responsibility of the Head of Sales and Marketing to collaborate, lead, develop and influence the revenue streams and to deliver sales and marketing strategies which delivers growth, profitability across the Group
