Our client is looking for a part-time Sales Director to join their team in London. If you're organised, proactive, and bring experience from the HR, tech or consultancy sectors, with a proven ability to shape and elevate sales strategies, this could be the perfect role for you.

Responsibilities in your new role as a Sales Director

As the Sales Director, you will be the first point of contact for future clients. You will be responsible for understanding their needs, showing them how we can help, and guide them through the sales journey. Day-to-day you will identify and engage with prospective clients across the UK, lead discovery conversations and understand client challenges in L&D, DEI or productivity. Support with proposals, quotes and onboarding alongside their delivery team. And ultimately, help them meet their ambitious growth targets, without sacrificing quality or care.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking someone with a background in HR, tech or consultancy who also brings a genuine passion and strong knowledge of Learning and Development and DE&I initiatives, whether through direct experience or by selling into these industries.

You should be a natural communicator with the ability to build strong relationships. This role suit some someone who has experience in a senior sales position recommending the right services and solutions based on customers needs.

You should have also used workplace tools, platforms or coaching solutions. You should also be familiar with CRM systems (Hubspot, Salesforce, or similar) and the ability to keeping everything organised in a CRM.
