Position Summary The nCino Regional Vice President (RVP) is responsible for net-new sales to European financial institutions and for driving expansion within their territory’s existing nCino customer base. This position is based in London, UK.
Responsibilities
Identify and target prospective nCino customers within a geographic territory and market segmentChallenge prospective customers to consider a new and innovative offeringDrive opportunities through qualification and closure while maintaining a pipeline sufficient to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales goalsDevelop strong nCino brand presence within a geographic territoryUse consultative approach to identify client needs and use detailed knowledge of the nCino solution and the platform to fulfill those needsManage complex sales cycle with new customers by mapping out decision-making and approval processes, compressing timelines, negotiating contracts and closing businessEffectively identify prospective customer “mobilizers” and build consensus among key stakeholdersWork effectively with inside sales partners and marketing to drive a consistent message in the marketplaceExpand nCino presence within existing clients by maintaining relationship with key client stakeholders, partnering with nCino’s Customer Success team to drive adoptionSell newly released nCino products and offerings to existing customersQualifications
8 years of experience in software sales with demonstrated record of meeting or exceeding targets or combination of education, experience, & superior performanceStrong professional background with consistent record of excellenceDemonstrated ability to challenge executive decision makers, build consensus with client executives, and sell to the C-suiteFlexible problem-solver who will thrive in nCino’s fast-paced, collaborative, entrepreneurial environmentStrong listening skills and impeccable verbal and written communication ability; able to demonstrate software solutions onsite with client or via virtual meetingsHistory of success in collaborative work environment; demonstrable ability to partner with nCino team members from product, sales, professional services, support, finance and others as required to accomplish sales goals and customer successOrganised, efficient, and able to maintain high level of production while also demonstrating process and administrative excellenceFamiliar with European banking regulations and governanceAbility to travel 30-50% of the timeFluent in English; additional language fluency preferred including Spanish, German and/or FrenchAbility to work outside of standard business hours as necessaryBanking domain expertise, and commercial banking expertise a plusEducation
