The Role:As
Sales Director, you will take ownership of the company's business development strategy, leading a team of three and spearheading bids, tenders, and client engagement at a senior level. This is a high-impact role offering real autonomy.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver the national sales strategy, with a focus on the Independent Schools sector
- Lead on all major bids and tenders, from initial approach to contract award
- Oversee and support your business development team to ensure delivery of targets
- Present compelling sales pitches to senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility
About You:- Currently hold a Sales Director or Business Development Director role within Contract Catering
- Demonstrate extensive experience leading bids, tenders, and high-value pitches
- Be commercially minded with solid financial and contractual understanding
- Have a collaborative leadership style with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team
Salary: £110,000 basic + excellent bonus + package, UNCAPPED COMMISSION
