Sales Director – Multi-Brand Coffee Business – London

Are you a dynamic and results-driven sales leader with a passion for coffee? Do you have a track record of driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams? If so, I want to hear from you!

My client is a fast-growing coffee business, and they are looking for a Sales Director to lead and expand their multi-brand portfolio, ensuring their production facility is operating at full capacity. They manage and distribute several high-quality coffee brands, each with its unique identity and customer base. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales professional to shape and execute their sales strategy across multiple channels, including retail, wholesale, and e-commerce.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth across all brands.
  2. Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  3. Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and hospitality partners.
  5. Monitor sales performance and implement data-driven strategies for improvement.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with brand positioning and customer needs.
  7. Negotiate high-value contracts and partnerships to maximise profitability.
The Ideal Sales Director Candidate:
  1. Must have proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within the FMCG, Hospitality or Food & Beverage industries.
  2. Must have a strong network of contacts, especially within the HoReCa and B2B channels.
  3. Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of sales strategies and revenue growth.
  4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple brands and diverse sales channels.
  5. Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  6. Ability to analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
  7. A passion for coffee and an understanding of the industry trends.
