Role Overview

The Sales Director is responsible for defining the Go-To-Market (GTM) vision and strategy for their sector and executing it effectively. They will establish Civica as a trusted GovTech partner within its ecosystem, inspire their team, and foster momentum through leadership, coaching, and talent development. The role involves attracting top sales talent and cultivating a culture of success and progress.
