Circa £75,000 - £85,000 basic OTE £110,000 - £120,000 + Car/Car Allowance, Commission & Benefits
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week


We are seeking a Sales Director who can deliver, drive, and cultivate a high performing inhouse sales team. Is this you?

Our client is actively recruiting for a newly created role of Sales Director, reporting directly to board level, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy, delivering the revenue growth, managing the sales team, igniting the team by providing ongoing training, guidance, and support, whilst still leading from the front.

This is a pivotal position with full responsibility for the roll out and delivery of the strategy and revenue growth across the whole sales team, empowering your team to assist throughout this journey. Subject to performance, this role may lead to appointment to the full board and eligibility for share options.

Duties:

Strategic Planning

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives

Ensuring the systems, processes and the customer flowchart journey is in place

Team Management

Manage a team of internal sales representatives, providing guidance, ongoing training and support, to ensure they have the tools to hit the set targets

Sales Performance Management

Monitor sales metrics and individual/team performances and analyse data to identify areas of improvement

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines and manage budgets, tracking performance against targets
Client Relationship Building

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Maintain Market Knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions

Experience required:

Proven experience as a Sales Director or within a similar role

Experience within the Fenestration Products Industry or similar experience within trades

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

The ability to bring new ideas and change

Lead from the front
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships

Demonstrate ability to increase revenue growth
Solid background of rolling out sales strategies
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
