A leading cosmetic surgery provider is seeking a Sales/Operations Director to enhance their patient journey from enquiry to surgery. The role involves leading multiple teams, driving sales strategies, and ensuring operational efficiency to improve overall patient experiences. Candidates should possess proven leadership in a B2C environment and be proactive in delivering results.
JMP Selection Ltd has been retained by a leading cosmetic surgery provider to source a high calibre Sales/Operations director.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will be a commercial-minded individual with significant management experience from a service orientated industry. This experience could include, but is not limited to, work in healthcare, spas, health clubs and hotels.
Your role is to take responsibility for the patient journey from enquiry to surgery by enacting an evidence-driven sales strategy, covering pricing, promotions and sales conversion. Our major opportunity lies in ensuring that our sales funnel works as efficiently as possible, prioritising high potential leads, delivering rapid response to customer enquiries and ensuring that the right operating capacity is being laid out.
The patient-focussed team team requires a strong manager to drive them to achieve exceptional results.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for the sales function;
Making sure that all the elements of our sales funnel are delivering an outstanding performance with particular attention paid to the search of productivity improvements;
Providing leadership on sales strategy, pricing and promotional activity;
Ensuring That The Right Operating Capacity Is Being Laid Out To Service The Leads Generated By Our Marketing. This Includes Capacity With Our Call Centre, Consulting Doctors / Patient Adviser Team, Sales Administration Team And, Importantly Surgeons And Operating Theatres.
