Job description

Radius is seeking a credible Director of Sales for a Data centre organisation based in Essex. This role is a greenfield function within the UK, offering a great opportunity to mould and grow the function.

This is a leadership role involving business development and strategy.

The ideal candidate will be a sales leader capable of setting strategy and heading up a sales and marketing function (including external marketing).

The candidate should have a strong track record of selling to hyperscale clients or closing large deals (multi-MW).

The responsibilities include overseeing the sales team's operations and strategies. By researching market trends and conducting competitor analysis, you will develop and implement effective sales strategies.
