Location: East Midlands Airport (EMA) - West Midlands Region
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: 40 hours per week (flexibility required)
Type: Full-time | Permanent

We're proud to be working with a well-established and highly respected Aviation MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul) organisation, headquartered at East Midlands Airport. With over 20 years of experience, we are looking for a Sales Director to lead our sales team and drive growth in the aviation sector.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
  2. Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  4. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
