Salary: £100,000, plus Bonus
Location: Luton, LU1 2LT, Hybrid Working Available

Sales Director - The Role:

Reporting directly to the Global VP of Sales, the Sales Director will lead the UK sales function, driving growth across key accounts in the automotive and aerospace sectors. This is a pivotal role with full responsibility for sales strategy, team leadership, and revenue delivery.

Sales Director - Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team

- Develop and execute the UK sales strategy in alignment with global objectives

- Strengthen relationships with key clients and distributors

- Identify new market opportunities and drive pipeline growth

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams

- Report on sales performance and forecast to the Global VP of Sales and th group

Sales Director - You:

- Proven experience selling into the automotive and/or aerospace sectors is essential

- Strong background in technical or process automation solutions

- Experienced team leader with a motivational and strategic leadership style

- Track record of working successfully through distribution networks

- Commercially astute with strong client-facing and negotiation skills

- Based within commutable distance to Luton and open to hybrid working

Sales Director - Package & Benefits:

- Base Salary: £100,000k +
