My client is looking for an ambitious and results-driven Director of Sales with a deep understanding of the Cambridge market. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic sales plans, fostering relationships with key local partners and businesses, and leading a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to increase occupancy and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses, universities, and key stakeholders within the Cambridge community.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
