Sales Director

We are actively recruiting for an outstanding, hungry, driven Sales Director who is looking for a new opportunity in the Birmingham area with both telecoms and IT expertise.

This forward-thinking organization, which continues to acquire businesses, is looking for a new Sales Director who can use their networking abilities to increase sales and support up to 8 sales staff, including field sales, business development, and telesales.

This is an office-based role apart from when you are managing sales activities.

You will bring your sales leadership experience within the field, a strong track record of driving sales, be an engaging and inspirational leader, have a strategic mindset, and of course, have outstanding communication skills and the ability to negotiate at all levels.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and be prepared to travel as the role demands.

In return, the company offers a basic salary of £70,000 pa OTE £120,000 plus car allowance and healthcare.
