HOW WILL YOU MAKE A DIFFERENCE?

The Sales Development Team Leader oversees the daily running and management of the Sales Development Team. Managing the continuous development and training of staff to ensure the team are performing to a high standard and meeting set KPIs and revenue targets.

Varied Day To Day Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the team targets are met by coaching, mentoring and motivating them
  • Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and prospect management
  • Handling prospect complaints and enquiries, discussing and resolving issues promptly
  • Monitoring team output for quality assurance
  • Carrying out performance reviews with the Head of Sales Development
  • Analysing reports and determining action steps needed to improve performance
  • Delivering weekly and monthly analysis of the teams results to the Head of Sales Development
  • Managing daily team requirements such as holiday, sickness, and general daily queries
  • Developing and maintaining a good and close working relationship with the Sales Team
