Due to growth and future plans, Bellrock Technologies seeks a motivated and experienced Sales Development Manager to lead our team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This role is key in driving new business, developing sales talent, and creating quality opportunities for our Solutions and Sales teams.

You will lead, coach, and inspire SDRs, developing their prospecting skills, refining sales messaging, and enabling them to represent Concerto and Mobiess confidently to prospective clients. This role suits someone passionate about sales, technology, and people management, capable of building a high-performing team that generates qualified opportunities.

As a Sales Development Manager, you’ll do this by:

  • Managing the SDR team, providing training, mentorship, feedback, and guidance to ensure high-quality opportunity generation
  • Leading by example in outbound prospecting, conducting prospecting activities, calls, and follow-ups to model best practices
  • Managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM for pipeline accuracy, activity logging, reporting, and analytics
  • Maintaining market intelligence, lead data, and prospecting content to support effective engagement
  • Setting, tracking, and communicating team KPIs and targets, monitoring progress, and addressing performance issues
  • Coaching and developing the team through training and one-on-one sessions
  • Collaborating with Marketing and Solutions teams to align messaging and content
  • Refining sales outreach workflows within HubSpot to maximize productivity
  • Ensuring accurate CRM data entry, pipeline management, and reporting
  • Providing performance analytics and insights for continuous improvement
  • Fostering a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
What does it take?

If you’re ready to energize our business, share success, and own your role as Sales Development Manager, you’ll need:

  • 3-5 years' experience managing or mentoring a sales development or lead generation team, preferably in software/SaaS or PropTech
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong people management skills to coach and develop SDRs
  • Experience in setting and managing KPIs and performance
  • Technological savvy with digital and AI-driven sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Outreach, CRM, AI outreach solutions)
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and refine strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree or equivalent experience demonstrating organizational and strategic capabilities
Working arrangements
