Position:

We are seeking a qualified Sales Development Representative to join our sales team. Your role will involve executing outbound activities to generate qualified business opportunities, supporting our revenue growth targets.

The ideal SDR is determined, positive, self-motivated, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. Experience with ERP/MES systems or interest in manufacturing is advantageous but not essential as training will be provided.

Role Objectives:
  • Generate new qualified business opportunities and nurture prospects.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Support wider sales goals for growth, profitability, and customer retention.
Daily Responsibilities:
  • Outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate opportunities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with prospects.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand needs and recommend solutions.
  • Book appointments for the sales team.
  • Attend exhibitions and meetings.
  • Stay updated on products and services.
  • Report to the sales manager.
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous B2B sales or lead generation experience with targets exceeded.
  • Strong communication skills on phone and email.
  • Results-driven with a desire to grow in sales.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Customer-focused with requirement understanding skills.
Additional Details:

Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30-17:00

Location: Remote, with onboarding at Brighton office.
