The Benelux Sales Development Representative will identify and generate sales opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, thinks creatively, understands sales prospecting tools, and is highly self-motivated. They should also be able to assess company needs and tailor outreach accordingly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new sales opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each stage in the lead generation process, from marketing initiatives to transitioning leads to Account Executives.
  • Qualify leads independently using BANT or CHAMP and move them through the sales pipeline to convert into sales meetings.
  • Manage and optimize your own book of business and pipeline to ensure strong lead qualification and increased revenue.
  • Handle complex lead generation calls across various technology domains and customer roles.
  • Drive large enterprise initiatives, build partnerships, and develop executive relationships with customers and partners.
  • Act as a resource to help agencies build customized solutions tailored to their missions.
Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of successful sales development experience, preferably in technology.
  • Native or fluent Dutch and English language skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to explain complex technical information clearly and persuasively.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas, especially in large enterprise prospecting.
  • Strong lead qualification skills (BANT or CHAMP).
  • Experience managing a personal book of business and pipeline.
  • Experience with digital and marketing research initiatives.
  • Proficiency with CRM applications.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
