Your role will include, but not limited to:

  • Develop and optimize the end-to-end sales prospecting, qualification, and negotiation workflows, and coach the team on best practices
  • Streamline the sales process and contract signing process to improve activation velocity and ensure compliance with legal and finance requirements
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to upskill the SDR team, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ideate and launch compelling go-to-market offers, and continuously evaluate offer performance
  • Implement robust data tracking and reporting to monitor team and individual KPIs, and leverage insights to identify areas for optimization
  • Demonstrate a data-driven approach, with a strong sense of analyzing data to define leads into different buckets based on market intel & their importance

Skills you’ll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a sales development or sales/account executive role
  • 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably managing a team of SDRs
  • Proven track record of successfully driving sales and exceeding targets
  • Exceptional communication, training, and coaching skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
  • Good knowledge of Looker or similar data visualization tools
  • Experienced in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and data analysis
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally
