Base pay range

Location: Sheffield (Hybrid)

Salary: £27,000 + Performance Bonus

We’re on the hunt for a confident, driven and money motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our clients talented team in Sheffield. You’ll be on the front lines of their growth - engaging prospects, qualifying leads and setting the stage for long-term client relationships.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Researching and identifying potential new business opportunities
  • Reaching out to prospects via email, phone and LinkedIn
  • Qualifying inbound and outbound leads and booking discovery calls
  • Collaborating closely with our Business Development and Marketing teams
  • Using CRM tools to track and manage outreach
  • Becoming a product expert in how Harper James supports entrepreneurs and scale-ups

What We’re Looking For

  • A hunger to learn and grow in a sales role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Resilience and enthusiasm - you don’t mind hearing "no"
  • An organised, proactive work style
  • Comfortable using tech platforms (e.g., HubSpot, LinkedIn) or eager to learn
  • Bonus: previous experience in a sales, customer service or outreach environment
