As our SDR Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives. This role involves developing and executing strategies to generate qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and driving the early stages of the sales process. Your team will support across different products and client bases for our suite of ConTech software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales development, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for Saas businesses. If you have a background in Construction Technology, all the better.
About Your Location: Because of the team that you will manage, this role will be a Hybrid position from our Newcastle office - on average 2-3 days per week in the office.
