A leading cloud-based customer experience platform is seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support sales through targeted outreach and deal management. This primarily remote role requires strong communication skills and familiarity with CRM tools. You will collaborate closely with Commercial Directors and be instrumental in generating new leads to drive our sales goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and a proven ability to engage prospects effectively.
The role is primarily remote, with occasional team meetups at our London office — so you’ll need to be based within commuting distance of London. Candidates should already have the legal right to work in the UK.

You’ll report directly to a Manager within the Commercial NPS Prism team. Your role will involve supporting deal creation through top of funnel activities such as identifying prospects, conducting cold outreach, and facilitating inbound leads. This role is crucial for advancing our sales goals and supporting the Commercial team by generating new leads and supporting deal lifecycles.
