This position is perfect for someone who enjoys communication, research, and working in a fast-paced environment where initiative and curiosity are highly valued.

Tasks
  1. Proactively identify and qualify potential customers through research on various channels including social media, company databases, industry directories and more.
  2. Initiate first contact via calls, emails and other communication channels to spark interest in our products and services.
  3. Conduct initial needs assessments to understand each lead’s unique challenges and ensure our solutions are a good fit.
  4. Evaluate leads against predefined criteria to determine if they align with our ideal customer profile.
  5. Pass on qualified leads to the Sales team and assist in planning follow-up activities.
  6. Deliver product demos to highlight key features and benefits, helping potential clients see the value in our offering.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our CRM system to ensure full transparency throughout the sales process.
  8. Regularly prepare reports on your activities, results and key wins.
  9. Build and nurture relationships with prospects and represent our brand at trade shows and external events.
  10. Support on adjacent tasks as needed, contributing to the wider sales and marketing effort.
Requirements
  1. Strong interest in sales, business development or customer engagement.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Confidence in speaking with people on the phone and via email.
  4. Structured, proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  5. Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. is a plus).
  6. Strong research skills and a keen eye for spotting opportunities.
  7. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
