As part of their continuing expansion, they are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their growing sales team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to generate and qualify new leads for our Account Executives. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their sales career who's eager to learn, grow, and make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively reach out to prospects through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Qualify inbound leads and identify high-potential opportunities
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and nurture them through the early stages of the sales funnel
  • Book discovery meetings and demos for the Account Executive team
  • Research target accounts to understand their business needs and pain points
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and campaign feedback
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and track key metrics

What They're Looking For

  • 1+ year of experience in a similar SDR or sales-focused role (preferred, not required)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Comfortable with cold outreach and rejection
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (eg Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
