Project Heat, a startup focused on decarbonizing buildings, is seeking an exceptional sales professional. You will drive revenue, build customer relationships, and help shape the company's sustainable future. This role requires ambition and adaptability in a high-growth environment, with rewards for top performers.
Location: London (In-person)
Compensation: £35k base, £40-60k OTE + Equity (we want the top 0.1% and will reward top performers)
Buildings account for 34% of global CO₂ emissions, and in the UK alone, £3.8 billion is lost each year through energy-inefficient homes. Project Heat is developing systems to rapidly and efficiently decarbonise buildings at scale and accelerate the transition toward a sustainable future.
This isn't a role for everyone. We're after the top 0.1% of candidates with an exceptional track record of performance who can see the big picture to build a start-up from the ground up.
