We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Development Representative to join our London team and help grow Choco’s presence across the UK market. You’ll play a key role in identifying and connecting with food distributors and suppliers – building relationships that fuel our growth and help bring Choco’s vision to life.

You’ll be based in our London office and working from the office most of the time, surrounded by teammates who bring energy, share learnings, and push each other to raise the bar daily.

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively reach out to 20+ food distributors and suppliers daily, primarily through outbound channels.

  • Use the Choco database, company databases, and tech databases to prospect accounts with a multi-threaded approach, engaging multiple stakeholders (often including C-suite and owners).

  • Manage and qualify leads in your assigned territory, and book meetings for Account Executives to advance opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with the London-based AEs, Sales Leader, SDR team, and SDR Manager – sharing learnings and celebrating wins together in the office.

  • Leverage Salesforce, Gong, and creative outreach strategies to build pipeline and increase awareness of Choco’s solutions in the UK foodservice market.

  • Implement value messaging and MEDDICCC principles to ensure thorough qualification and effective handoff to Account Executives.

  • Be an active contributor to our global SDR culture – leading from the front, setting the standard, and embracing a performance-driven mindset.

  • Help shape and scale effective sales plays, tactics, and messaging across the team.

About You
  • 1+ years of experience in sales (SDR, BDR, Inside Sales), ideally within a fast-paced environment.

  • Based in London and open to being in the office most of the week.

  • Clear, confident communicator who can explain complex solutions in a simple, compelling way.

  • Resourceful and data-driven – able to run your territory like an entrepreneur.

  • Sales-focused, goal-oriented, and persistent in generating new opportunities.

  • Thrives on feedback, challenge, and continuous development – growth mindset is a must.

  • Comfortable working through rejection, embracing adversity, and staying motivated.

  • Proficient in CRM and outreach tools (Salesforce preferred); knows how to track and act on KPIs.

  • Collaborative and team-first, always looking to elevate others and contribute to shared success.
