The Role
R3 is seeking a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our Field Sales Organization. The SDR will identify and generate sales meetings and opportunities through inbound and outbound activities, service inbound leads, and qualify prospects. The role involves close collaboration with Account Executives and the Marketing Team to execute outbound lead generation campaigns, conduct market research, and outreach via email, phone, and social media. The SDR will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, demonstrating professionalism, probing for business challenges, and explaining how R3’s Blockchain/Distributed Ledger Technology can address their needs.
