Job Description:

Sherpany is the Swiss market leader for meeting management software. Since its founding in 2011, it has pursued the goal of creating a world in which every meeting counts. Your mission:

  • You are responsible for identifying potential corporate customers and getting them excited about our meeting management solution.
  • To do this, you identify decision-makers via various channels (LinkedIn, Xing, etc.) and make initial contact with them (50 calls a day).
  • Whether by phone or email - your aim is to win the other person's interest so that they want to find out more about our solution.
  • You coordinate follow-up meetings between the sales executive and the outbound / inbound leads you have qualified.
  • You maintain the data in our CRM tool and ensure compliance with our sales processes.
  • You take part in other sales and marketing activities, e.g., trade fairs.

  • You are passionate about sales and might already have some experience in a similar sales role.
  • You are 'fearless' when it comes to convincing people over the phone.
  • You speak English fluently.
  • You have excellent communication skills - whether sales or small talk - you convince through and through.
  • With your positive mindset & resilient attitude, you turn problems into opportunities, and you never give up.
  • You work result-driven & independently and bring excellent organisational skills.
