FULLY REMOTE IN THE UK - OPEN TO UK-BASED CANDIDATES ONLY

About Us
As campus media specialists, we propel brands and organisations right to the heart of student culture—reaching them when and where they’re most receptive to brand action and discovery. Our student advertising platform unifies the student advertising landscape, making it easy for advertisers like Hobbycraft, Lloyds Bank, and Contiki to connect with student consumers at scale, while also generating additional commercial income for Students’ Unions.

Our roots lie within Students’ Unions, who are our partners. Whether through exclusive or non-exclusive agreements, our relationships with SUs provide brands with a single point of access to all 2.86 million students. We hold unique, real-time insight into how student communities function—ensuring that when brands use native to engage students, they do so from the most informed and effective perspective.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an SDR at native, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, connecting national and enterprise level brands (think high street favourites, entertainment providers, professional services firms, and more) to our unique student audience. Your goal? To engage potential clients, spark meaningful conversations, and drive opportunities for our Sales Team. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Prospecting like a pro: Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients through a mix of calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Generating excitement: Deliver a killer pitch that showcases native’s value to advertisers and how we can help them connect with students.
  • Qualifying leads: Get to the heart of client needs, challenges, and goals to determine how we can deliver impact for their campaigns.
  • Collaborating with the team: Partner with your sales team members to ensure smooth handovers and set them up for success with well-prepped opportunities.
  • Smashing targets: Drive pipeline growth and hit your KPIs, while learning and evolving with every interaction.

What You’ll Need
We’re after someone who thrives in a buzzing, high-energy environment and is hungry to make an impact. You should apply if:

  • You have 2-3 years of previous experience in an SDR role.
  • You have previous work experience in advertising.
  • You are a confident, persuasive, and a natural conversationalist.
  • You’re eager to learn, keen to grow, and never afraid to ask questions.
  • You don’t wait around for opportunities; you go out and create them.
  • You’re a whiz at juggling multiple tasks, keeping your CRM up to date, and following through on leads.
