Sales Development Representative / Telesales / Appointment Setter - B2B | £28K-£30K + OTE | Office-Based (Peterborough)

We're working with a well-established and rapidly growing national security services company on the lookout for a confident, self-motivated Telesales / Appointment Setter to support their field sales team. This is a pure outbound B2B role, focused on booking quality appointments - no hard closing or scripts, just intelligent, honest conversations.

The Role

* Make outbound calls to warm and cold B2B prospects

* Book face-to-face appointments for the external sales team

* Manage and maintain your own call data using the company CRM

* Focus on lead quality and consistency - not just hitting dial targets

* Office-based in Peterborough (Mon-Fri, 08:45-17:00)
