Job description

What you'll do:

  1. Identify and nurture leads to generate opportunities. Find and cultivate a list of contacts and promote basic discovery to obtain meeting commitments that result in building a quality pipeline for our Sales Team.
  2. Perform data enrichment and research of MQLs using resources including SFDC, LinkedIn, and ZoomInfo.
  3. Execute established best practices and engagement cadences on time and on message, using Outreach, Salesforce, Drift, and other tools.
  4. Determine first-call qualification on inbound MQLs.
  5. Conduct outbound engagements (prospecting email, phone, social) to target customer profiles.
  6. Manage and deliver activities aligned with KPIs.
  7. Handoff qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

What you'll need to have:

  • Graduated from College/University.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, resourcefulness, motivation, and initiative.
  • Confidence and coachability.
  • A desire to work with highly diverse people.
  • Prior experience with databases, infrastructure software, or SaaS offerings.
  • The ability to craft compelling messages and tell great stories.
  • Passion for technology and excitement about the future!
  • Must be fluent in German.
