Role Summary

As a Sales Development Representative, you will help drive the growth of Sophos, an innovative market leading IT security vendor, by quickly converting inbound marketing qualified leads, and skillfully prospecting for new business opportunities across the company's product and service portfolio.

This role is hybrid and requires 3 days office presence in Manchester.

What You Will Do:

  1. Meet and exceed targets – focus on outbound activity, qualified opportunities passed to Sales, and new pipeline value
  2. Engage with decision makers effectively
  3. Convert marketing leads into sales opportunities
  4. Create new business opportunities using market intelligence and tools
  5. Present value-based messaging to build commitment
  6. Resolve objections to keep sales moving forward
  7. Provide summaries of sales opportunities to local Sales Reps and Partners
  8. Develop collaborative relationships with SDR, Marketing, and Sales teams
  9. Use CRM and SDR tools (Outreach) effectively
  10. Provide feedback to improve processes and strategies
  11. Collaborate with EMEA SDR colleagues to foster a culture of innovation and success
