About the role

The Winnow Business Development team, consisting of nearly 20 professionals across several global hubs, is responsible for driving revenue growth through new opportunities, partnerships, and expanding our market presence. We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to support our growth in the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential leads in target industries and segments.
  • Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calling, email outreach, and campaigns.
  • Qualify inbound leads based on predefined criteria.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through regular communication.
  • Schedule meetings for product demos and introductory calls.
  • Utilize Zendesk CRM to track activities and update lead statuses.

Requirements

About you

  • Likely degree educated.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Development Rep preferred, especially in SaaS or purpose-driven environments.
  • Proven track record in exceeding lead targets and sales quotas.
  • Experience with prospecting techniques like cold calling, emailing, and social outreach.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in French and Spanish is required for regional engagement.
