About the Role:

We’re looking for a driven and curious Sales Development Representative to help build a strong pipeline for a fast-growing cybersecurity platform. This role is all about starting meaningful conversations — identifying prospects, engaging decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the field sales team.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit commercial team where your ideas, energy, and outreach efforts will directly impact revenue growth. This is a high-responsibility, high-visibility role with clear progression into full-cycle sales, account management, or enterprise development.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  1. Generating pipeline through a mix of inbound leads, cold outreach, and strategic prospecting
  2. Researching and targeting high-potential companies based on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  3. Using phone, email, and social channels to connect with key decision-makers
  4. Explaining the value proposition clearly and confidently to prospects
  5. Setting high-quality meetings and passing warm opportunities to Account Executives
  6. Owning your performance metrics — weekly, monthly, and quarterly
  7. Tracking and reporting outreach activity, lead quality, and conversion performance
  8. Attending occasional industry events to support lead generation and relationship building

What We’re Looking For:

  1. 1+ year experience in a sales, customer-facing, or SDR/BDR role (B2B preferred)
  2. Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
  3. Strong record of hitting or exceeding KPIs and targets
  4. Highly organised — able to juggle inbound leads, events, and outbound outreach effectively
  5. A proactive problem-solver with a growth mindset
  6. Familiar with outreach tools, CRM platforms, and SaaS sales workflows
  7. Passion for technology, cybersecurity, and helping businesses solve complex problems
