Job Description:

As a member of our team, you will support the growth of our SDR program and participate in other critical projects that contribute to the program's success.

Responsibilities:

  • Contact, educate, and qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate qualified sales opportunities within the EMEA region.
  • Collaborate with experienced Account Executives to develop opportunities in target accounts and territories.
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospective customers at Fortune 1000 companies to identify challenges, communicate Neo4j solutions, and close for next steps.
  • Use tools like email, phone, web conferencing, webinars, training, and in-person events to engage prospects.
  • Learn how Neo4j's technology addresses enterprise challenges across industries.
  • Create a positive prospect experience through professionalism, knowledge, and customer references.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs for meetings and sales opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ months of professional experience and a B.A./B.S. degree.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Hard-working, self-starter, positive attitude, high activity levels.
  • Excellent phone skills, listening, presentation, objection handling, and writing skills.
  • Willing to learn new technologies; coursework in SQL, Computer Science, or related experience is a plus.
  • Attention to detail in managing data in CRM systems.
  • Proficient with productivity tools like Google Docs, MS Office, Salesforce, Web conferencing tools.
