An innovative firm is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their growing team in London. This role offers the chance to be a pivotal player in scaling the SDR team and driving outbound revenue. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with experienced sales leaders, refine outreach processes, and make a significant impact on the company's growth trajectory. If you're a resourceful and curious individual with a passion for sales and a desire to grow in a fast-paced environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
At Thoropass, we are on a mission to transform an industry that’s never been known for innovation, but we aren’t letting that stop us. We love collaborating to come up with new ways to solve problems that would stump other teams, and we have created a workplace where the best idea wins, and we bring out the best in each other.
Our team is full of entrepreneurial people with a bias toward action, an insatiable intellectual curiosity, and a desire to learn and grow personally and professionally. By bringing remarkably talented people together, we have the opportunity to create something truly amazing for our customers and our team.
What We Do
Thoropass combines simple software with expert guidance to help SaaS companies manage security compliance, security audits, and enterprise procurement security diligence. Thoropass helps companies adopt stage-appropriate compliance practices that small to enterprise level organizations can trust and reduce the time and costs of security audits by 50% or more.
We are a rapidly expanding team, headquartered in New York. We were founded in May 2019 and raised our Series C funding in November 2022. Our top investors include J.P. Morgan, PayPal Ventures, Fin Capital, Centana, and Bain Capital. We're growing customers and revenue dramatically, and we’re poised for continued break-out growth in 2025 and beyond.
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join Thoropass and be an integral part of scaling our new SDR team.
If so, this is the place for you.
After revamping our outbound processes going into Q4, we quickly doubled our outbound pipeline sourced by AEs, and have the strategy in place to support an SDR team of hungry, curious, creative, and resourceful individuals. With a few SDR hires in North America in place already, we’re excited to bring on an EMEA SDR to support our existing EMEA sales team based out of London.
As the first SDR hire in EMEA, you will help chart the course forward. Your sales calls and outreach stories will be legendary for those that follow in your footsteps. Your experience on the front lines and out-of-the-box thinking will push marketing to pump out great content modeled on you. You will be an inspiration to the future of the sales development team and a memorable first impression to prospects.
You will join our Head of Outbound Sales to pave the future of growth at Thoropass, work closely with our Head of EMEA and three EMEA AEs, leave a path for future SDRs, and pave the way for yourself to move into a variety of roles within Thoropass.
