Sales Development Representative Responsibilities

To be an integral part of the Go-To-Market team, developing inbound generated leads, self-generating leads through traditional and innovative prospecting methods whilst taking a solution-led approach. The role will be fully supported by the marketing and creative team, who will provide all the necessary tools, information, and education to make this critical role a success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ability to identify, develop, and nurture leads (prospective clients)
  • Be tenacious and resilient with a can-do and will-do attitude
  • Excellent all-round communication skills (Verbal, Listening, Written)
  • Work with a high level of velocity and volume
  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and be a true team player
  • Keep the CRM up to date with profile and business insights, contact reports, and actions
  • Be creative with the ability to think outside the box
  • Identify and develop potential markets and verticals
  • Be able to adapt and embrace change
  • Other duties as assigned

This stage involves discussing the role specifics, experience, and alignment with responsibilities. Duration: 30-minute Teams call.

Stage 3: Interview with SDR Manager and Sales Enablement Director

This final stage requires a detailed discussion of experience and role fit. It will be a 1-hour face-to-face interview at our office.
