In addition to delivering your individual KPIs, you will also be designated a Champion area to work on for the business as a delegate, keeping your team informed and helping them maximize their opportunities. This is a great opportunity for personal development and networking with others in the business.

Further responsibilities include:

  • Cash and carry visits to collect stock.
  • Planning your day ahead using your call file and ensuring each store benefits from your visit.
  • Maintaining a safe work environment.
  • Building strong relationships with your customers to maximize your service to them.
  • Creating, growing, and maintaining your own personal portfolio.
  • Achieving and exceeding business KPIs.
  • Championing an aspect of your role for the team you work with.

  • Company car.
  • Company mobile.
