As a Sales Development Representative, reporting to the Sales Manager in our Sales team, you will be responsible for converting warm leads to sales and helping with the initial onboarding of the customer. You will grow your base by delivering excellent service, farming referrals from your existing clients, and exploring other avenues to generate sales. You will work closely with your manager to onboard new initiatives to help drive sales performance. You will be responsible for mentoring 2-3 people on your pod, leading from the front, and upholding the values and ideals of Booksy.

This is an initial 6 month FTC with the possibility of turning permanent.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • 1-2 years of Sales Development Representative experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Industry knowledge (e.g. beauty, salons, nail tech, hair-dressing, etc.)
  • Medium/High level of Salesforce skills
  • Expertise with Google Suite
