As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective customers, using creative outreach methods to introduce them to Arketa and demonstrate how we can help their business thrive.
You’ll focus on small and mid-sized wellness studios & entrepreneurs, driving outbound sales through phone calls, emails, social media messaging, and other innovative approaches. Your goal will be to build initial connections with potential clients while managing your pipeline meticulously.

In this role, you’ll spend around 4 hours each day reaching out to wellness studios over the phone, building relationships, and sharing how Arketa can transform their business. This hands-on outreach is a crucial part of driving our mission forward—and is perfect for someone who loves engaging with people, thrives on real conversations, and is excited to make a tangible impact every day.
You’ll help AEs get context on each potential customer and help ensure that each customer has a delightful experience with Arketa from beginning to end.
For this role, the estimated annual base salary range is $50,000–$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer equity and performance bonuses as part of total compensation. We are committed to transparent and fair compensation and can provide more details during the interview.
