Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Horsham, hybrid
Salary: 25k - 26k basic plus commission
Hours: Full-time, Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

About the Role:
We're looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join a team in Horsham. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for sales, lead generation, and relationship building. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions.

Sales Development Representative Responsibilities:

  • Cold calling businesses (B2B)
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Chasing warm leads
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads

The ideal Sales Development Representative will have / be:

  • Previous experience in a sales / business development / telesales
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
