Industrious Recruitment are seeking a Sales Development Representative for our client based in Milton Keynes.
The Sales Development Representative will support our direct sales operations. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for client engagement, sales development, and customer service in the telecommunications and technology sectors. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for managing a portfolio of leads, ensuring opportunities and qualified calls are fully explored in order to progress through the sales journey.
The role will include:
Prospecting: outbound calls and follow-ups through marketing leads until an agreed point of handover.
Sales Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the lead generated lists.
Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by effectively managing customer interactions, negotiating deals, and closing sales.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and support requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
The ideal candidate will have: strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships with clients over the phone or via email.
This is an office based role working Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm.
