The Sales Development Representative role at ANS is your first step in a long and successful career in Technology sales. This role is all about developing our next generation of sales talent. Learning through finding opportunities, generating leads and arranging appointments for the Senior sales team to convert and learning all the way as you embark on your career as a Technology Sales professional.

What will I be doing?

• Generate appointments for sales team
• Work closely with the Marketing team and follow up on Direct Marketing to both customers and prospects
• Gather and record account profile information from speaking to decision makers
• Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM
• Deliver against set productivity KPIs
• Deliver high productivity to gain high results
• Assist teammates or to share a best practice that has helped them to be successful.

• Fast on feet, quick learner, comfortable with minimal resources and wearing several hats through the sales process

• Demonstrate ability to organize and prioritize, while working with a sense of urgency against a weekly and monthly quota
• Excellent phone, email and web etiquette and professional polish is required
• Must have exceptional organization, communication, inter-personal and customer service skills
