About The Role
The Role
- Market Research: Dive into our clients’ industries and understand their target markets.
- Prospecting: Reach out to potential customers via cold calling, LinkedIn, and email.
- Lead Qualification: Use the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timing) to identify and qualify top leads.
- Appointment Setting: Book high-quality meetings between our clients and key decision-makers.
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong client relationships through consistent updates and communication.

- 1+ year experience in sales, business development, recruitment, or lead generation.
- Comfortable with outbound calling and confident in engaging new prospects.
- Familiar with the UK market and professional sales culture.
