Salary: £47,000 REALISTIC 1st Year OTE (28-35k base DOE + 12K comms)

The Role:
  1. Identifying and prospecting businesses to generate interest and pursue new opportunities
  2. Conducting fact finds & setting demo appointments for our AE’s
  3. Working closely with Account Executives to increase meeting booked to sale ratio
  4. Using Salesforce to accurately record client information

The Ideal candidate:
  1. 6 months minimum as an SDR within SaaS
  2. Proven track record of hitting targets
  3. Ability to speak to a varied range of people and decision makers at different levels of the business
  4. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  5. A willingness to support Trainee SDRs when required
  6. Ability to show initiative, be a self-starter, eager to learn and able to work as a team with a willingness to learn
