Job Description:

This role reports to the Manager of Sales Development and plays an integral role in building our business. Earnix is looking for quick learners, hungry sellers, driven winners who want to make a difference. Bring us a year of experience, and we'll help you succeed.

What you'll be doing:

As an early joiner, you'll help shape and drive our go-to-market and lead-generation strategies, playing a central role in our sales success.

Your responsibilities include generating new customer meetings that lead to qualified sales opportunities by:

  • Identifying prospects via cold emails, calls, LinkedIn, networking, and initiating sales conversations.
  • Proactively sourcing new opportunities through outreach and follow-up.
  • Developing relationships to uncover needs and qualify interest for hand-off to sales.
  • Qualifying inbound leads from marketing campaigns.
  • Recording activities in Salesforce.
  • Staying updated on products/services.
  • Providing feedback to Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.

This role is based in London and focuses on generating leads across Europe.

Earnix is a provider of cloud-based decisioning solutions for insurers and banks, with a global presence since 2001.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Proven success in prospecting and securing meetings with financial institutions.
  • Some B2B sales experience, especially in SaaS or software sales to financial clients.
  • Fluency in French or German is desirable.
  • Experience with sales techniques and CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen.
  • Motivated, structured, and deadline-oriented.
