At Accede Marketing, we’re growing our residential sales team and are on the lookout for motivated individuals to join us as Sales Development Representatives. This role is ideal for those keen to develop their face-to-face sales and customer engagement skills, all while benefiting from unlimited earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the face of renowned brands by engaging directly with customers in residential areas.
  2. Build meaningful relationships with potential customers and deliver bespoke sales pitches based on their individual needs.
  3. Respond to inquiries and offer informed product recommendations.
  4. Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets using proven sales techniques.
  5. Approach challenges with resilience, maintaining a professional and positive demeanor at all times.
  6. Record customer interactions and ensure full compliance with sales protocols.
  7. Gain in-depth knowledge of the products and services you’re representing.
  8. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve team goals and improve performance.

What We’re Looking For:
